Which contact choices are offered?
Calls go to voicemail, not a live provider. Messages are recorded and transcribed after the greeting. You can email us instead.
Free for homeowners. We may be paid for qualifying referral calls.
Email contact@waterdamagecorona.net also reaches the operator's collection inbox. There is no web form or live contractor dispatch through this website.
What can a caller say without entering a wet space?
One of the five listed ZIP codes, the issue as already observed and a return contact are enough to form an inquiry. The site does not ask for inspection photographs or a self-assigned water classification. A provider may choose whether to engage and is not committed by a recorded message.
Where do calls and written messages travel?
The phone path uses RingRobin with Twilio. RingRobin sends a call notification and, if voicemail is left, a separate voicemail notification to the operator's Gmail inbox. Direct email to contact@ is forwarded through Namecheap to that inbox. The privacy policy describes recorded data and choices.
Stay away from the affected area, do not touch electrical switches, outlets or appliances near water, and call a professional. If anyone is in danger, leave the area and call 911.
